The frame is to be fabricated from heavy duty formed plate. The sides of the conveyor are lined with thick wear plate. The sub floor is fabricated from heavy duty plate continuously welded in place. The drag floor is to be provided with thick wear plate which are bolted to the sub floor.
The head sprocket is to be segmental type, flame hardened teeth, for easy replacement, with 3-7/16" - 5-5/16" shaft sizes.
The tail sprocket is to be segmental type, flame hardened teeth, for easy replacement, with 3-7/16" - 3-15-16" shaft sizes. Includes tail shaft take-up assembly for adjusting chain tension.
The conveyor is to be driven by a TEFC 1750 RPM electric motor and shaft mount speed reducer. The motor is connected to the reducer input by belts and pulleys. The shaft is mounted on heavy duty spherical roller bearings.
The conveyor chain is a roller chain with wear resistant components. Chain(s) may be either single or dual strand.
Rollers are to be fabricated from water resistant steel, spaced 6-7 feet apart, and supported on heavy duty shafts with flange block bearings.
The stairway is to be located on the left hand side of the conveyor, supported on channel members.
The running gear is to be 5" diameter axle, with 10 stud wheels and 11 x 22.5 tires, with goose neck, standard king pin, air brakes, spring suspension, mud flaps and tail lighting.
The frame is to be fabricated from heavy duty formed plate, with angle stiffeners for added rigidity.
The head sprocket is to be segmental type for easy installation and replacement, with 3-7/16" - 4-15/16" shaft sizes.
The tail sprocket is to be segmental type for easy installation and replacement, with 3-7/16" - 3-15/16" shaft sizes.
Elevator buckets are heavy duty mill type, wear resistant, long lasting.
The conveyor is to be driven by a TEFC 1750 RPM electric motor and shaft mount speed reducer. A belt and pulley drive system is used to drive the sprocket and chain. The shaft is mounted on heavy duty spherical roller bearings.
The conveyor chain is a 4"-6" pitch roller chain with wear resistant components.
The ladder is to be located along the side of the conveyor, welded to the conveyor housing.
A service platform is provided at the top of the elevator, enclosing the head section, with handrails 360 degrees around.
